Are there really no per-hire fees?
None. Your subscription gives you unlimited hires at zero marginal cost. We make no commission on placements, day rates or invoices. ArbLink is a flat-fee tool, not a recruitment agency.
What does it cost?
£9.99/month for subcontractors (or £99.99/year — roughly 17% off). £19.99/month for businesses (or £199.99/year — same saving). Same price for everyone on each side of the trade — no tiers, no upsells.
What happens at launch?
Waitlist members get early access ahead of the public launch, plus a foundation-customer discount on annual plans. We'll email you with full details before the doors open.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, any time. Switch to annual at renewal and you lock in the discount. Switch back to monthly and you stay on monthly from the next billing cycle. You keep all your data either way.
Do you verify certificates?
Yes. Every climber's tickets are validated against issuing-body records where APIs exist (NPTC, Lantra, Network Rail Sentinel). Where APIs don't exist, our team manually reviews uploaded certificates. Expiry dates are tracked automatically.
Do you have an enterprise / volume option?
Not at launch. The plan is one price per side of the trade, flat. If you're a large operator with specific needs (SSO, API access, procurement integration), get in touch — we'll listen, but won't promise bespoke until we've built it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in your account settings. Monthly subscribers stop on the next renewal date. Annual subscribers can request a pro-rata refund for unused months. You can export all your data to CSV at any point.
